We manage also apartments in a complex that's a new modern structure. Ostiense is famous for the fascinating roman night life, discos and fashionable famous clubs such as Goa, Classico, Barone Rosso, la Saponieria, Loft, Speedy Gonzales, IT. The comfort and design of the complex has been projected by the architects that where responsible for the restoration and renewal of the area that was once an industrial zone. This area nearby Trastevere is known for the nightlife and the new university. A central zone full of history, which is becoming younger and fashionable, with excellent services, a nearby Metro station Garbatella 200mt. far and the train station - Roma Ostiense. Our apartments will be cleaned during month, the price of this service is included in the monthly rent and cannot be discharged. We are in agreement with our guests to plan the service for all period they stay.
